I am a creative instructional designer with 15+ years of experience developing interactive and engaging learner experiences. Highly skilled in creating curriculum and programs used to train learners, while communicating effectively with stakeholders. Passionate about creating thoughtful and clear learning objectives that work to support company goals. 

My path to instructional design began during my years as an educator when I was asked to develop and facilitate technology training sessions for fellow educators.  Helping adult learners develop new skills in order to enhance their professional performance was an experience that I really enjoyed.  Witnessing my colleagues' "light bulb" moments and their excitement to utilize their new skills sparked a passion that led me on my adventure to become an Instructional Designer.
